Sandcasting 3d Printing System Information

Located in the southern part of China, FHZL is a professional manufacturer of binder jet 3D printers and also a provider of engineering, 3D printing and casting services. FHZL 3D sand printers, use sand to fabricate cores and molds for the sand casting process, which sees them transformed into metal parts. Various sand types can be accommodated for printing, including silica sand, ceramic sand and different kinds of synthetic sand. 

The technology for FHZL 3D sand printing machine is based on binder jetting. For sand casting, binder jetting technology builds models by depositing a binding agent into a layer of sand. To construct artifacts, binder jetting systems lay down a layer of sand that is selectively impregnated with a binding agent adhering the granular substrate into a cohesive whole. After that step is complete, the process begins anew until the model is finished.
